RESIDENTS in a North Yorkshire village have been invited to meet their local police representatives and find out more about youth activities in the area.
A special event has been organised at the North Duffield village hall on Friday, January 27 from 5.30pm.
Members of the Selby Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team will join North Yorkshire County Council Youth Services and the local Parish Council at the event.
PCSO Adam Wood said the information session would be open to all local residents, and encouraged locals to visit and find out more about policing in the area.
He said: "This informal drop-in session is a chance for residents to meet the police and discuss any concerns or questions they may have, as well as to find out about events and other activities for young people in the area."
