A FIRE at a building which is under development in North Yorkshire is being treated as an arson attack.
The fire happened in Langton Road, Norton, near Malton, between last Friday evening and Monday morning.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "The incident involved the suspects setting fire to one of the rooms at the old Brooklyn Centre, which is currently under development."
The force is requesting the public's assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
In particular, it is appealing for information about any suspicious people or activity seen in the area at the time.
