A FORMER science teacher was guest of honour at a York school reunion.
Dawn Watts, of Copmanthorpe, organised the get-together for students who left Canon Lee School between 1978 and 1985, and invited along Robin Cooper.
Dawn’s husband Stuart said he had been a ‘great teacher’ and gave many pupils great memories, as well as capturing their time there on camera.
“He has helped with a number of school reunions and runs a fantastic slideshow bringing memories flooding back,” he said, adding that Dawn had wanted to thank him and he had been ‘overwhelmed’ by the event, held at the York Hospital Sports and Social Club.
