A NEW plan will set out how much land should be allocated for new homes and jobs in Hambleton up to 2035.
The district council wants to know what local people think of the plan so far – which considers the need for new homes and jobs alongside associated infrastructure such as shops, community facilities, transport, open spaces, sport and recreation, health and education.
Consultation opens on October 31 for six weeks.
As part of the consultation several drop-in sessions are being held where consultation documents can be seen in and views shared with council officers.
They take place from 5pm to 7.30pm at locations including:
- Northallerton Town Hall’s Lower Ground Hall on Thursday, November 10
- The Rural Arts Centre, Thirsk on Tuesday, November 15
- The Galtres Centre, Easingwold on Tuesday, November 22
