Police took to Twitter after arrest
A MAN wanted for burglary was caught in York this afternoon - after phoning police to boast they would never find him.
He was found in the city and arrested by North Yorkshire police officers from the York and Selby rural task force.
Officers wrote on Twitter, with hashtags #ChallengeAccepted #MissionAccomplished, that the man had earlier phoned the control room to say: "Don't bother looking for me, you won't find me, it's embarrassing".
He is now in custody.
