EXTRAS are being recruited for a film to be shot in York.

2020 Casting are looking for men and women with a look of the 1940s for shooting to begin in October.

Men must be prepared to have a haircut in the style of the 1940s (short back and sides, longer on top) and women should ideally have shoulder length hair, no longer than their collar bone and no shorter than their chin.

No highlights, visible tattoos or piercings will be allowed.

Extras must have the right to work in the UK and will get paid.

York Press:

“A spokesman for the company said: “We really want to get as many local people involved in this production as possible.

“It’s a great opportunity for anyone remotely interested in film and TV or simply anyone who would like the experience on a film set and earn some extra cash.”
