A DRIVER failed to stop after a collision with an elderly woman in North Yorkshire.
A dark coloured vehicle was involved in the collision with the woman who was knocked to the floor.
North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information following the incident on July 8 at about 2.30pm on Westwood in Scarborough.
In particular, it is appealing for a member of the public who stopped to help the woman to contact the police as they may be able to provide important information.
