RE Geoff Robb’s letter (The Press, July 23) about Theresa May’s infantile remarks.

Yes, it’s about time this ridiculous children’s playtime pantomime was kicked into touch.

No wonder people abstain from voting, having no faith grown ups trading insults on our behalf then answering pre-rehearsed questions.

Yes, it is cheap, unnecessary and infantile.

The seriousness of the subject then plunges into farce – really “pumps and varnished toenails”.

An earlier letter by the same person was even dafter than our MPs’ playtime, saying “the Eagle has landed” looking for a fight with Corbyn.

Hmm.
