Our latest nostalgia gallery looks at another well-known York business: Adams Hydraulics.
The company was based at Peasholme Green for more than 100 years until 1990, when it moved to Clifton Moor, where it remains today.
These photos show the site as it was in the late 20th-century, the final days inside the foundry, and the early years at Clifton Moor.
