Queuing traffic on the A64
A collision between a car and a van caused long delays for rush hour traffic this evening on the A64 between Askham Bryan College and the Askham Richard turn-off. Queues stretched back on the eastbound carriageway as far as the junction of the A659 and A64 north of Tadcaster. One lane was closed but reopened at 6.40pm.
