MY WIFE and I were fortunate to attend a performance of Oliver Twist by year five pupils at Park Grove Primary School.
I have to say that the choreography, music, enthusiasm and professionalism shown by the pupils was first class.
The dedication of the teachers and staff was self-evident and we are very fortunate that our grandson attends such a forward-looking and creative primary school.
“Empowering children through creative learning” was the slogan on the programme, and that’s exactly what it was.
Well done.
