A BUS driver who drove a vehicle containing 26 schoolchildren into floodwater has now been interviewed by police.
The driver was transporting children to Easingwold School on Tuesday, January 5, when the bus became stuck in floodwater and the children had to be rescued.
A spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Police said the driver had been interviewed by the force, and a file had been prepared to be presented to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The investigation continues.
