GYM users raised £320 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance by taking part in a six-month fitness competition.
Members of Nether Poppleton personal training studio Definition, which is owned by Justin Shepherd, battled it out over nine separate challenges, which focused on different areas of fitness.
Becky Maddison and Scott Leech were crowned women's and men's 'Definition Champion' respectively, with Charlotte Kenney, Trish Smith, Paul Smith and Alex Costanzo taking runners-up spots.
Becky Maddison: “Justin has helped me achieve so much and I feel so proud of myself winning this competition."
Justin said: "As a York based man, my passion and the reason I opened this local facility is to make a difference to people in York district, to promote health and wellbeing.
"Our clients not only have the chance to change their lives but to have fun in the process.”
