With York city centre set to experience one of its busiest weekends of the year, Mike Laycock reports on the weather shoppers can expect at St Nicholas Fair.
His forecast, recorded at Browns department store overlooking the dozens of stalls in St Sampson's Square and Parliament Street, comes after Met Office issued a yellow warning of strong winds.
