COULD I, through your paper, try to make students see sense?
My friend lives near Crossways, Badger Hill, and he had to be up early as he is on shifts.
There was such a noise from a students’ house he went round and politely asked them to turn it down.
The response: “You’re miserable, get a life.”
I would just ask this person if and when he goes into the real world of work (after the gap year of course, we can’t expect you to go straight away) would he like to be kept awake until the early hours and then getting to work for 6am.
They say students have no common sense. It seems they have no consideration for others either. I hope he reads this.
