THERE is an aparthotel going up on the Barbican site which is a big construction, and now they want to build one on the other side of the river, next to the caravan site.
Can someone explain exactly how they will be occupied? Are they just for business people or can tourists stay there, or can the apartments be rented on long-term agreements, and is it necessary to have two?
I would have thought it would be much better for the residents of York to have accommodation built for them.
