RUNNERS and spectators in York's marathon on Sunday morning can expect cool cloudy weather, with the possibility of a little light rain.
While temperatures are set to rise towards 15 Centigrade during today's long sunny periods, they are likely to fall over the weekend to a maximum of 14 C tomorrow and 13 C on Sunday.
An increasing easterly breeze will also make it feel it cooler on Sunday.
There should be some sunshine tomorrow once mist and fog patches have cleared, and the sun could also break through the cloud later on Sunday.
With an anticyclone becoming established over Scandinavia, next week is looking sunnier, but with temperatures only set to reach 12 C on Monday and Tuesday
