Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of John Birch deceased late of 1 The Green, Upper Poppleton, York YO26 6DD, Retired Publisher who died on the 24th day of October 2014 are required tosend particulars thereof in writing to the below named Solicitors on or before the 1st day of December 2015 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
