HORNSHAW Joan Margaret On August 23rd, 2015, peacefully in hospital, aged 90 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Rex, loving mother of Susan and Christine, mother-in-law of John and Stephen, devoted grandma of Elizabeth, Hannah, Helen, Nicholas and Jamie, also great-grandma to Sophie, Thomas and Oliver. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Friday, September 4th, 2015 at 3.00p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to York Teaching Hospital, a plate will be provided at the service.
