Two people trapped after crash cut free by firefighters
A MAN and a woman were trapped in their damaged car following a three-vehicle accident on a North Yorkshire country road this afternoon.
Firefighters cut them free from their Suzuki Swift, which had collided with two other vehicles on Jack Lane, between Stillington and Brandsby, near Easingwold, at 3.38pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesman said they were taken to hospital but their injuries were not thought to be serious.
