Missing woman found
POLICE searching for a missing woman at Whitby say she has been found safe and well.
Kathryn Summers, 42, from Arnold in Nottinghamshire, had not been seen since leaving her parents’ address in Central Avenue, Arnold, on Monday.
Detectives said this afternoon they believed she was in Whitby later that day, and said they had found her red Ford Fiesta parked close to Whitby Abbey today. Officers were increasingly concerned for her safety before she was found this evening.
