NORTH Yorkshire Police seized these containers filled with cannabis from a car on the A64 near Tadcaster.
The silver Vauxhall Vectra was stopped by officers from the force’s Road Crime Team on Thursday, April 16, and this picture was shared on social media by police officers following the arrest.
A spokesman said officers found “around 2kg of cannabis in the boot of the vehicle”, and the driver - a 36-year-old man from Stockton on Tees - was arrested on suspicion of possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply.
The driver was later charged with the offence, and is due to appear at Harrogate Magistrates’ Court on May 19.
