OLLY Murs is to play Leeds First Direct Arena on April 20 on his Never Been Better Tour, adding a third Yorkshire gig to an itinerary that already includes Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on March 31 and April 1.
"To all the fans out there, I'm going to be on tour in spring," the 30-year-old singer, songwriter and presenter said on his Twitter account. "I'm very, very excited – we're going on tour!”
Murs, one of The X Factor's biggest success stories after finishing second in 2009, will be promoting this autumn's album, Never Been Better, complemented by selections from his multi platinum-selling back catalogue. The tour support act will be rising singer-songwriter Ella Eyre, 20, from London.
Leeds tickets are on sale on 0844 248 1585, at firstdirectarena.com or from the arena box office; Sheffield, 0114 256 5656 or at motorpointarenasheffield.co.uk
