SINGER-SONGWRITER Lucy Rose will play Leeds Brudenell Social Club on March 15 this year on her first headline tour in 18 months.
Lucy, 25, will be taking her five-piece band out on the road for 15 dates to play new material from her second album, due later in the year as the follow-up to her September 2012 debut, Like I Used To.
She began work on the as-yet-untitled new record in 2013, a year when she supported Neil Young at his Hyde Park shows, played the second stage at Glastonbury and recorded back-up vocals for Bombay Bicycle Club's fourth album, 2014's So Long, See You Tomorrow, on the track Home By Now.
Lucy – whose full name is Lucy Rose Parton – has continued to write and record solo album number two through 2014. Hear the results next spring in Leeds; for ticket details, see lucyrosemusic.com
