MEMBERS of the York Minster Choristers' Association returned to their former school for the 101st reunion.
Former and current members visited The Minster Song School last month, for a talk about the work of the Minster stoneyard by Danny Thompson, stoneyard manager.
The group had lunch at the school, and joined the current choir to sing at Evensong in York Minster, followed by a reception in the Chapter House.
At the reception, a cheque for £3,000 was presented by Michael Backhouse, chairman of the association, to Canon Peter Moger of York Minster, to support the choir.
