BORIS JOHNSON is right in what he says about building a new airport on the land in the sea in the Thames estuary, which would take flights from Heathrow and Gatwick.
Another runway is required to ease the increase in traffic from Heathrow and Gatwick.
Governments worry about the cost of building another runway, but this just keeps going round and round in circles.
If the airport was built in the Thames estuary, you would not have to pull people’s houses down. So come on government, take Boris Johnson’s advice.
