THE man who was murdered in a Yorkshire seaside town has been named by police as 39-year-old Graham White.

Mr White was found at an address in Sewerby Road with a serious injury at about 4.25am on Wednesday, and despite the efforts of paramedics died at the scene.

A vehicle containing four men thought to be connected with the incident was stopped in Seaton, near Hornsea, just before 5am on Wednesday, and all four men - aged 22, 27, 37 and 47 - were arrested on suspicion of murder.

Humberside Police said today the 47-year-old remains in Hull Royal Infirmary receiving treatment for injuries sustained during the incident, and the three other men remain in police custody.

On Thursday, a further two men - aged 41 and 27 - and a 14-year-old boy were arrested in connection with the investigation and are in police custody.
