Woman charged with dangerous driving
A WOMAN has been charged with causing the death by dangerous driving of a 15-year-old girl, in a road accident on the A19 two years ago.
Chantell Smith, 26, appeared before magistrates in York yesterday.
Fifteen-year-old Carly Smith died after a crash on the A19 at Chapel Haddersley near Selby, on August 13, 2012.
Smith, of Burn Caravan Site, entered no plea and was granted unconditional bail.
