UPDATED: Elderly man missing from home in York found
POLICE have found an elderly man missing from home.
The 78-year-old man, whose first name was given as Donald, went missing from the Scarcroft Road area of York today.
He had left home with his labrador at lunch time and had not returned. He was found in York at about 9.15pm, North Yorkshire Police said.
Searches, including a helicopter search, were made of the area.
