The final resting place of Richard III could be known tomorrow when three High Court judges give their decision in a court case brought by relatives of the last Plantagenet King.
The Plantagenet Alliance is challenging the Lord Chancellor's decision to have the king's bones, which were found under a Leicester car park, buried at Leicester Cathedral.
The relatives claim there should have been a public consultation over the place of their reburial and is backing a campaign to bring the bones to York.
Campaigners claim Richard III, of the royal House of York, wanted to be buried in York.
Lady Justice Hallett, Mr Justice Cranston and Mr Justice Holroyde heard arguments from both sides earlier this year and will announce their decision in the Administrative Court tomorrow morning.
