A MAN has appeared in front of a crown court judge today over the knifepoint robbery of an elderly woman and her daughter at a house in York on Mothering Sunday.
Scott Nevision, 38, of Moore Avenue Osbaldwick, appeared at York Crown Court via a video from Hull prison, for the timetable for his case to be set.
Nevison will next appear on June 25 for another hearing, ahead of a trial set for early September.
Recorder of York Judge Stephen Ashurst remanded Nevison in custody again until the next hearing.
