Police probe alleged assault at York post office
AN investigation has been launched after an alleged assault outside a York post office.
Police were called to the area around Micklegate Post Office at about 9.50am on Tuesday to deal with an argument between two men.
A North Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said officers are now investigating what happened and have appealed for witnesses.
