No further action to be taken against Acomb street grab man
A MAN who allegedly grabbed a 12-year-old girl around the waist in the street is to have no further action taken against him by police.
The 51-year-old man was walking in Viking Road, Acomb, at about 3.45pm on Friday, January 31, when the incident occurred.
He was arrested and released on bail by North Yorkshire Police.
A spokesman said yesterday no further action would be taken against him.
