Man attacked in Heworth
AN attack outside a house in Heworth has left a 48-year-old man with serious facial injuries.
The man was assaulted in Main Avenue, Heworth, at about 11.30pm on Wednesday, and was taken to Leeds General Infirmary for treatment, but his injuries were not life-threatening.
A 45-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken into custody for questioning.
