POLICE are hunting for this man, who is suspected of attacking another man in York.

The assault happened at around 5.40pm last Thursday, on the decking outside the Vodka Revolution Bar in Coney Street, police said today.

The victim, a 59-year-old from York, suffered a serious injury to his face and was taken to York Hospital.

North Yorkshire Police say their suspect is thought to have been visiting York with friends from Sunderland.

“If you are the man caught on camera and you are not responsible for this assault, I urge you to contact me straight away so that I can eliminate you from my enquiries.“
