Need help training?

We intend to publish details of running clubs, or just groups of individuals who want to help others achieve their goal of completing the Jane Tomlinson York 10k.

The race is not about times, it's about raising money for the many worthy charities people will be running for - but it will be fun!

So if you are organising training events let us know and we will publish your details here.

PLEDGE YOU WILL RUN - Once you've signed up to run you will need to plan your training sessions.

You will need no better motivation than to video yourself now with your mobile saying who you are, and why you are running.

We will post your clip on this site so that it is there as a reminder to you and all your friends that you are going to do it!
