THE emergency services continued to search for three missing people in York and off the Yorkshire coast throughout the weekend.
Police were checking the banks of the River Ouse in York as they continued to look for York St John University student Megan Roberts, 20, who has been missing for more than a week.
She was last seen with a group of people near Lendal Bridge at 2am on Thursday, January 23, at the end of an evening out in the city centre.
Ed Machin, 39, of York, was last seen at Bempton on the East Yorkshire coast. He has also been missing since January 23.
Beverley angler Nigel Savage, 49, was reported missing on Friday when he failed to return home from a fishing trip at Burniston, near Scaborough.
His green Peugeot was found in a layby at Burniston and his dogs, rucksack and fishing tackle were found on cliffs nearby.
