Cyclist in collision with truck
A CYCLIST has been taken to York District Hospital following a collision with a truck this morning.
The accident happened around 7.30am in Heworth Green at the junction with Mill Lane.
North Yorkshire Police were called at 7.35am, with the road initially blocked in both directions.
The 49-year-old female cyclist was taken to York District Hospital with a suspected broken collar bone.
Police cleared the scene by 8.10am.
