FIRE crews were called to a mental health hospital in York this afternoon after a suspected arson attack on an outbuilding in its grounds.
The fire was started in a brick building at the Bootham Park Hospital site just after 4pm, with rubbish being set alight.
The building was slightly damaged but nobody was injured, with North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service saying the fire is thought to have been deliberately started. It was put out just before 4.20pm.
