A new interactive website for community groups in York will launch on Saturday.
TIM in York has been designed so groups can promote events, communicate and co-ordinate projects.
It was named by 12-year-old Zack Chamberlin-Kidd using the initials of The Incredible Movement.
The website will launch on between 2pm and 4pm, at a drop-in event in the Art Room at Clement’s Hall, in Nunthorpe Road, as part of Made In York’s Contemporary Christmas Arts and Crafts Fair.
The fair will be in the main hall from 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
Imelda Havers, who worked on the project, said: “The creation of the TIM hub has been fantastic.
“The proof of the pudding will be in the eating – the hub will only work if everyone gets involved and helps make things happen.”
TIM in York’s hub can be found at www.timinyork.org.uk
