York woman killed in crash named
A 24-year-old York woman who died in a crash in South Yorkshire has been named as Sophie Archer, of Copwood Grove, Wigginton.
She was identified when an inquest into her death was opened last week by a South Yorkshire coroner and adjourned to a later date.
The accident happened on Friday, November 1, when her Renault Clio collided with a Mercedes van on the A635, as she was driving towards a junction with the A1 at Marr near Doncaster.
South Yorkshire Police appealed last week for anyone who saw the collision to contact them.
