ABUSE OFFENDER 1: John Paul Sebastian Sterckx
Police have today released pictures of the ten men jailed over the abuse of a 13-year-old girl, in the sexual exploitation case reported yesterday.
This is John Paul Sebastian Sterckx, 37, of Rhoose, Barry. He got the girl to describe her sexual encounters with other men to him. They never met. Jailed for 15 months for ten sexual offences.
