Charity squash match in honour of well known player

AN event is this weekend being held in support of a keen squash player who has recently been diagnosed with motor neurone disease.
Mr Bolsher, who is in his forties, has recently been diagnosed with motor neurone disease - a rare condition where the nervous system become damaged causing progressive weakness.
The club has said it would like to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association with an event tomorrow evening.
There will be an open entry handicap competition for the Charity Cup at the squash club in Common Road with matches starting at 4.30pm to finish by 8.30pm.
There will then be a social event with live music by local band, Trigger 66.
Dunnington Squash Club has said it would be pleased for other York and District league players to attend this event.
