POLICE in East Yorkshire have released a gallery of CCTV images showing people they want to talk to about petty crimes committed throughout the area.

Detectives from Humberside Police are asking for help from residents throughout East Yorkshire who think they may recognise some of the people in the images.

• A man who turned up at J Wardle & Son Filling Station in Howden is wanted by police after filling up his Ford car and several empty cans with diesel before fleeing without paying. This incident happened at 6.47pm on April 3. Crime Reference Number: 1966252.

• These three men are wanted after they helped themselves to money and food from a roadside stall at a farm in Harlthorpe, Selby, at 1.50pm on March 27. Crime Reference Number: 1965043.

• At 3.30pm on April 8, meat was stolen from the shelves of the Co-op store in York Road, Bridlington. The man hid the goods in his coat and left without paying. Crime Reference Number: 1967146.

• This man is wanted after he turned up at the Rhythm & Booze off-licence in Boothferry Road, Goole. While being served at the till he grabbed a large amount of cash from the till before fleeing. The incident happened on March 19. Crime Reference Number: 1963959.

• This woman was one of a couple who entered the Tesco Stores in Station Approach, Bridlington. While the man asked the security guard for the keys to use the toilet, the woman selected a bottle of wine from the display and left the store without offering payment. They were both thought to have got into a waiting taxi outside the store. The incident happened at 4.20am on January 19. Crime Reference Number: 1953140.

• This man entered the Tesco store in Morton Lane, Beverley, where he was seen to remove an electric shaver from its packaging then leave the shop with the item but without paying for it. It happened on January 14 at 7pm. Crime Reference Number: 1952524.

• The Bridlington branch of B&Q in Bessingby Road was targeted by a man who filled a trolley with items from the shelves. He then wheeled the trolley into a far corner of the outdoor garden centre area. Police said he cut the padlock from the gate but went back into the store and left without the goods. He then met two other men and they left the area together. Crime Reference Number: 1952859.

• This man was one of a couple who went into the Co-op store in Sandsacre Road, Bridlington, at 4pm on April 4. The pair took several joints of meat each before leaving the shop without paying. Crime Reference Number: 1966409.
