THIS troop of talented youngsters are preparing to take centre stage at The Joseph Rowntree Theatre in York tonight.
Razzamataz Theatre School, which holds its rehearsals at York High School in Acomb, provides dance and theatre skills training for youngsters aged four to 18.
Students have been busy rehearsing for their musical theatre stage debut.
They will be joining the professional cast from Simply Musicals! In Concert – James Aconley, Rebekah Kelly, Olivia Burke and Nathan Jenkins – on stage to perform songs from the musicals.
Razzamataz York principal Angela Pickup, said: “This will be a first on stage performance for some of our newer students, so obviously there will be a few nerves, but from past experience it’s the parents who are on the edges of their seats.”
