New visitor experience at York Minster

YORK Minster has announced that a new visitor experience, Revealing York Minster, will open to the public on Saturday, May 25.
A spokeswoman said a network of new interactive galleries, housed in the Undercroft and Treasury, would tell its colourful story, from the lives of the Roman garrison to the work of the staff, clergy and volunteers in the 21st century.
Volunteers are now being recruited to help visitors explore the new attraction.
