Richard III, traffic, flooding, and tourism will be on the agenda. As well as topics on the industrial northern wastelands and social poverty created by everybody else but those on the show...

I am going to apply to go on and ask this question to the panel, "Is Peddling Paul for real, or just misunderstood?"

No doubt a good chance to show the positives of York. But really expect moaners to use the chance to chisel away at the council.

Would you be good enough to ask the panel if the A1237 will be dualled sometime soon...

Oh! And could you ask about a new bus station, and the bendy buses, traffic calming, cyclists paying road tax and insurance, and rising bollards?

I'm sure over the coming weeks we'll find lots of ways you could be our spokesman on the show seeing as how you're seeking the limelight... again.

BTW. Have you got your on-camera front seats for the UK Snooker next back-end, and a place on the front row of the unsaddling enclosure at the Ebor meeting? And you could hang round the new £30 million TV studios at York Uni to see if they need an extra with a bike. LOL.

I will refer you to my many earlier posts on what you call Road Tax whch is really Vehicle Excise Duty. The roads which I pedal on locally, are all managed & funded by CoYC through Council Tax.
The only local road which VED contributes a smidgeon to, is the A64 which I would not particularly wish to pedal along.
And I do have cyclist third party insurance cover and legal aid. So if I'm the innocent party in a collision, someone else will likely end up without a license, and with an empty wallet. Ho, ho .ho !!

Bet any questions are filtered... otherwise I'd apply for a place and then fire the following question at whatever Tory councillor... "Why is David Cameron such a {rooster} that seems intent on making the poor even poorer and breaking up the NHS so his big buisness friends have more money and then keep funding his political party?"

Question time is a carefully scripted show that has the questions selected beforehand. Dimbleby has the sheet in front of him with the names of those who are allowed to ask questions and the question they are to ask if they go away from that they will be stopped from asking and another question will be asked or he will correct it to what is in front of him, IT'S A SCAM SHOW FOR THE MOST PART
