Body found in search for man who abandoned car

A BODY has been found in the search for a missing North Yorkshire man whose car was abandoned at at country hall.
Keith Broadbent, 61, of Kingsley Road, Harrogate, was reported missing by his wife on Tuesday sparking a police search.
His car was found abandoned in Conyngham Hall in Knaresborough.
Officers carrying out searches of the River Nidd near Conyngham Hall found abody this afternoon.
Mr Broadbent’s next of kin have been informed, although formal identification has not yet been carried out.
The search for Mr Broadbent has been stood down, police said.
