Kyle Illingworth arrested in Gale Lane

A YORK man has appeared in court following a police search.
Kyle Illingworth, 22, of Cornlands Road in Acomb was arrested in Gale Lane at about 10.45pm on Friday.
He appeared at York Magistrates’ Court today charged with assault, seven counts of criminal damage and one of threatening behaviour.
Illingworth was remanded in custody and the case adjourned until February 18.
