A DRIVER allegedly four times over the drink-drive limit was arrested after mistakenly parking his car on his neighbour’s drive.
The 52-year-old man was arrested on Sunday after police were called by member of public concerned about the driving of a blue Toyota Avensis on St Johns Road in Harrogate.
Officers traced a man to his home address where it is alleged he had parked on his neighbour’s drive, believing it was his own, a police spokesman said.
The man had 126 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was charged to appear at Harrogate Magistrate’s Court on February 19.
